Hesabını ve verilerini silme
Namaz Vakitleri hesabını ve ona bağlı tüm verileri istediğin zaman silebilirsin.
Uygulamadan silmek (önerilen)
- Uygulamada alttaki Profil sekmesini aç.
- Sayfanın sonundaki Hesabımı sil'e dokun.
- Kalıcı olarak sil ile onayla.
Silme hemen gerçekleşir; uygulama sonrasında yeni ve boş bir profille devam eder.
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan e-postayla
- egerdem94@gmail.com adresine "Hesap silme isteği" konulu bir e-posta gönder.
- Hesabını bulabilmemiz için profilindeki kullanıcı adını (@ile başlayan) ya da Google'a bağladıysan o Google hesabının e-posta adresini yaz.
İstek en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir ve sana e-postayla bildirilir.
Silinen veriler
- Hesabın ve anonim kullanıcı kimliğin, bağladıysan Google hesabı bilgilerin
- Görünen adın, kullanıcı adın, ülken, puanın ve serilerin
- Namaz kayıtların ve kaza listen
- Arkadaşlıkların ve arkadaşlarından aldığın beğeniler
Kalan veriler
- Başkalarının namazlarına verdiğin beğeniler senin hesabınla bağlantısı kaldırılarak anonim kalır; bu beğenilerin karşı tarafa kazandırdığı puanlar silinmez.
- Sunucudaki teknik bağlantı kayıtları ve yedekler en geç 30 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir.
- Telefonunda kalan ayarlar ve tesbih sayıları uygulamayı kaldırdığında silinir.
Delete your account and data
You can delete your Namaz Vakitleri account and all data linked to it at any time.
In the app (recommended)
- Open the Profile tab at the bottom of the app.
- Tap Delete my account at the end of the page.
- Confirm with Delete permanently.
Deletion happens immediately; the app then continues with a new, empty profile.
By email, if you cannot use the app
- Send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" to egerdem94@gmail.com.
- Include the username shown on your profile (starting with @) or, if you connected Google, the email address of that Google account, so we can find your account.
Requests are completed within 30 days and confirmed by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and anonymous user ID, and your Google account details if you connected one
- Your display name, username, country, points and streaks
- Your prayer log and make-up list
- Your friendships and the likes you received
What is kept
- Likes you gave to other people's prayers stay anonymous, no longer linked to your account; the points they earned for others are not removed.
- Technical connection logs and backups on the server are removed automatically within 30 days.
- Settings and tasbih counts stored on your phone are removed when you uninstall the app.
